VNA of Ohio Celebrates First Annual Treasures of Mid-Ohio Fundraising Event

June 2014 – Cleveland, Ohio – Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio is pleased to announce the organization’s first “Treasures of Mid-Ohio” fundraising event will take place on August 12, 2014 at the Ohio State Reformatory Historic Site.

The inaugural event, celebrating what makes the Mid-Ohio region unique, will take place from 6 p.m.– 9 p.m. Guests will be greeted by honorary co-chairs, Lydia Reid and Deb Mason of the Mid-Ohio Board of Directors, as they enjoy hors d’oeuvre and drinks provided by Ed Pickens Café on Main and various raffle prizes.

The theme of the evening, Live Well, means many things to those being served by VNA of Ohio. Whether recovering from illness or injury, managing a chronic condition or preparing patients for end of life care, the healthcare providers at VNA of Ohio strive to help patients Live Well. Proceeds will support VNA of Ohio services for patients in need of additional help to Live Well.

“We provide care to a vast community and Treasures of Mid-Ohio will advance the organization by enabling us to make a difference in the lives of our patients,” states Dana Traxler, Chief Operating Officer, Mid-Ohio.
