International Students Shadow Staff Members at VNA of Ohio

CLEVELAND, Ohio (August 11, 2017) – For the past three years, Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio staff have hosted nursing students from around the world. The students can gain insight into how home healthcare is delivered in the U.S. The most recent visit included students from Asia University and Taipei Medical University, Taiwan. VNA of Ohio staff have also hosted students from Ireland and Thailand.

VNA of Ohio has participated in the global student learning program through Case Western Reserve University’s Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing (FPB). The students typically stay for a month and work with many people at FPB as well as staff at VNA of Ohio.

More information about the program can be found here.
