The VNA’s Home Healthcare brings skilled medical services to your home when you are recovering from an injury, surgery, recent hospitalization or illness. Alzheimer’s
Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementias can be especially challenging for patients’ families. Most caregivers want to keep their loved one in their home but aren’t sure how to do that in a way that is safe and healthy for both the caregiver and the person receiving care. The Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio has responded to this challenge by developing the Alzheimer’s Disease Special Care Program.
