Improve your strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and coordination by joining Sports Rehabilitation Consultants for a Pelvicore Exercise Class!

Current classes are being held every Monday evening through August 23rd from 5:45 - 6:45 p.m in the VNA's Ford Conference Center at 2500 East 22nd Street in Cleveland.

The cost is $6 per class or 8 classes for $40, plus a $40 purchase of Pelvicore Pro Ball provided by Sports Rehabilitation Consultants.

Please bring water bottle and a mat or towel.
