Current classes are held every Monday evening beginning July 12th through August 23rd from 5:45 - 6:45 p.m in the VNA's Ford Conference Center at 2500 East 22nd Street in Cleveland. No class on July 5th - so join us on July 6th!
The cost is $6 per class or $8 classes for $40, plus a $40 purchase of Pelvicore Pro Ball provided by Sports Rehabilitation Consultants.
Please bring water bottle and a mat or towel.
